General Shipping Information

Our standard shipping days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received before a certain time (to be specified) on these days will be processed and shipped within a 24-hour delivery timeframe.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Additionally, we observe all public holidays, during which our shipping operations will be closed.
Input Wrong Address
If you have input the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Quality Control

Simply not liking a product, does not grant you the right to a refund or replacement.
Estimated Delivery Date

Broken Items

Delivered to Wrong Address
In the rare event that your order is delivered to the wrong address, we will cover the cost to reship the order to the correct address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivered date. If you can however prove that it was stolen, we will replace your order.
- On orders over $75 or more, we offer replacement or refund your order if you file a police report and send proof.

Defective Products
